GEO Developments is the residential land arm of the Villa World Group.

In 1986 Villa World Limited was listed on the ASX. At the outset, Villa World specialised in the development of affordable ‘house and land’ packages and integrated housing. The Company built a reputation as a developer of complete, ready to live in homes in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

Master planned communities where the Group solely develops and sells the residential land lots, both to builders and consumers, are marketed under the GEO Developments brand in Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales.

The Group's headquarters are located in Bundall, Queensland.
